Footblock

Footblock Usage:

  • The Footblock is a subcomponent of the Head that holds a Blade or Non-Blade Cartridge for application to the matboard.

  • The Blade Cartridge Release Lever is used to eject the current Blade or Non-Blade Cartridge from the Footblock.

Footblock Connections and Controls:

  • The Footblock is located at the bottom of the Head and holds the selected Cartridge for cutting or applying details to matboard.

  • The Blade Cartridges and Non-Blade Cartridges are interchangeable components inserted into the Footblock on the Head for direct application to the matboard.

  • The Blade Cartridge Release Lever is used to eject the current Blade Cartridge or Non-Blade Cartridge from the Footblock.

  • You may have to remove one of the Backing Mats when cutting 8-ply Matboard.
