Head Grabber Arm

Connections:

• The Head is attached to the Gantry via the Head Grabber Arm, which moves vertically on the Gantry via the Gantry Vertical Belt.

• The Head Grabber Arm contains the Air Connections between the Head and the Gantry as well as the Head Power Plug.

• The Air Lines are attached by matching colors.

  • Red Air Line controls the Blade Plunge.

  • Blue Air Line controls the Head Lift.

• On newer models, the Head Assembly Power Cable Strain Relief spanner fits around the Head Power Plug.

• On the Z1, the M12 Cable is attached between the Head Grabber Arm and the top of the Head.

Controlled by:

• The Head is attached to the Head Grabber Arm of the Gantry which moves the Head vertically along the Vertical Belt.

Troubleshooting:

• Q: The matboard is being pushed aside when you try to cut.

  • Make sure that your Air Compressor is on.
