Head Assembly Power Cable Strain Relief

The Head Assembly Power Cable Strain Relief stabilizes the Head Power Cable, preventing overstrain of the cable pins and connections which can result in cutting issues.
The Head is attached to the Gantry via the Head Grabber Arm which is moved vertically on the Gantry via the Gantry Vertical Belt.

Connections:

The Head Grabber Arm contains the Air Connections between the Head and the Gantry as well as the Head Power Plug.
Air Lines are attached matching colors.
- Red Air Line Controls Blade Plunge.
- Blue Air Line Controls Head Lift.
The Head Assembly Power Cable Strain Relief spanner fits around the Head Power Plug.
On the Z1, the M12 Cable is attached between the Head Grabber Arm and the top of the Head.

Troubleshooting:

If the matboard is being pushed aside when you try to cut and the Head isn’t actually cutting/plunging, check to make sure that your Air Compressor is on.
