  • The ECU is the Electronic Control Unit, which is a signal amplifier and powers the CMC and its functions.

  • The ECU replaces the previous Driver Packs that were used.

  • The ECU is usually placed in the brackets on the back of the Board.

Troubleshooting:

  • Nothing happens when you try to cut:

    • Is the ECU on?

    • Are you out of Corners? Check the License Screen.

    • Has the Product Key timed out? Check the License Screen.

    • Are the connection cables for the ECU, Gantry, Computer and Control Panel (if appropriate) on tight?

    • Is the design too big to cut? Rotate the design.

    • Turn off the ECU, close the software. Turn on the ECU, restart the software.
