  • The Head Assembly Power Cable Strain Relief spanner stabilizes the Head Power Cable where it connects to the Head Grabber Arm, preventing overstrain of the cable pins and connections which can result in cutting issues.

Connections:

  • The Head is attached to the Head Grabber Arm of the Gantry which moves the Head vertically along the Vertical Belt.

  • The Head Grabber Arm contains the Air Connections between the Head and the Gantry as well as the Head Power Plug.

  • The Air Lines are attached by matching colors.

    • Red Air Line controls the Blade Plunge.

    • Blue Air Line controls the Head Lift.

  • The Head Assembly Power Cable Strain Relief spanner fits around the Head Power Plug.

  • On the Z1, the M12 Cable is attached between the Head Grabber Arm and the top of the Head.

Troubleshooting:

  • Q: The matboard is being pushed aside when you try to cut.

    • Make sure that your Air Compressor is on.
