  • The Clamp Pressure Adjustment is used to adjust the Low Clamp Pressure setting for the Mat Clamp Pressure Knob for CMCs that include this feature.

  • The Clamp Pressure Adjustment is usually located on the Control Panel on the left side of the Board.

  • The Mat Clamp Pressure can be adjusted with the Mat Clamp Pressure Knob on the Control Panel.

  • The Gauge displays the clamp pressure as it is cutting.

  • This is set at the factory and should not need adjusting.

  • NOTE: The Clamp Pressure Adjustment Regulator will always display at Zero (0) until the Clamps are activated.

  • If it is necessary to adjust the clamp pressure, Pause the current cut.

  • Pull out the black Clamp Pressure Adjustment Knob underneath the Control Panel.

    • Turn the knob Clockwise to Increase the pressure.

    • Turn the knob Counter-Clockwise to Decrease the pressure.

  • Push the Clamp Pressure Adjustment Knob back in.

  • Continue the cutting process.
