If your CMC does not use Rail Clamps, see:
Air Clamp Rail Definition
Finger Clamps Definition
Rail Clamps are the Clamping components for the CMCs that include this feature and are used to hold the matboard in place while cutting.
Just before cutting, the Vertical and Horizontal Rail Clamps will engage and clamp against the matboard to hold it in place while cutting.
After cutting, the Rail Clamps will disengage so you can remove the matboard.
Connections:
The Rail Clamp is controlled by the Air Valve Assembly located in the Gantry and the ECU/Driver Pack signals.
