The Mat Stabilizer Plate is placed between the Rail and the mat being cut to help support it in place while cutting.

The Mat Stabilizer Plate is a standalone support piece for matboard that is not large enough to be held by at least two Finger Clamps horizontally.
Troubleshooting:
My small mat is moving as it cuts when using Finger Clamps.
