Mat Alignment Plate Installation: CMC Z Series

Installing the Head Alignment Plate for the CMC Z1 and Z(9000z).

The Mat Alignment Plate is used to support smaller pieces of matboards that don’t extend far enough to be gripped by at least two finger clamps along the bottom of the board. It can be moved where desired to help support the right side of the mat board being cut. The Mat Alignment Plate is used to assist in the alignment of smaller pieces of matboard.	Mat Alignment Plate

Remove Horizontal Enclosure
Remove Head Alignment Block
Install New Head Alignment Plate
Reattach Horizontal Enclosure
Using the Mat Alignment Plate	Place the Mat Alignment Plate under the Mat Being Cut
