Adjusting the Horizontal Belt Tension

  • Reset the horizontal belt tension if the vertical belt feels loose.

  • Click Reset Motors to turn off power to the motors.

Click Reset Motors Button
  • Move the Gantry all the way to the left edge of the Board.

  • Loosen one full turn only the lower 3/16” Allen Belt Tension Screw from the right bottom side of the lower Rail marked with a red dot.

Loosen Allen Belt Tensioner Screw That’s Located on the Right Bottom Side of the Lower Rail One Turn
