This establishes the Gantry and Head starting position, ensuring consistent alignment and precise Horizontal cut placement on CMC Boards with this feature.

Magnetic Stop Plate Connections and Controls:
The Magnetic Stop Plate is attached to the far left of the bottom Board Rail.
During installation or reinstallation of the Magnetic Stop Plate, insert the Pin into the hole designated for your CMC model and tighten the top 3/16″ stop screw.
CMC 9000: Put the pin into the right hole.
CMC Z: Put the pin into the left hole
CMC Z1: Put the pin into the hole provided.
Use the Magnetic Stop Plate to square the Gantry against before Aligning the Head to establish the Gantry and Head starting position, ensuring consistent alignment and precise Horizontal cut placement on CMC Boards with this feature.
Make sure that the Magnetic Stop Plate’s Pin is positioned into the correct hole for your CMC model.
