Drive Belt

Drive Belt

  • The Drive Belts are located within the top and bottom Board Rails and ensure precise control of the Gantry’s Horizontal movement.

    • It is important that the Red Lines on the Drive Belts and Toothed Pulley line up together.

Connections:

  • The Drive Belts attach to the Board at the Belt Anchors on the left end of the top and bottom Board Rails, then run Horizontally along the Board Rails and then through the Toothed Pulley of the Drive Shaft of the Gantry and are anchored by the Horizontal Tension Adjustments on the right side of the Board.

    • Make sure that the Red Lines on the Drive Belts and Toothed Pulley line up together.
