Confirm Gantry and Belt Alignment

Confirm Gantry and Belt Alignment

  • Cuts are out of square and the red lines on the Drive Belt do not line up to the toothed pulley.

  • Fine tune the Drive Belt adjustment to square up the cuts.

  • The most common cause for out of square opening is misalignment between the Gantry and Drive Belts.

  • Remove the Gantry covers by unscrewing the screws that hold it in place and set aside.
