The Toothed Pulley, housed within the Drive Shaft which is a vertical rotating rod within the Gantry, drives the Gantry Horizontally along the Drive Belt for precise Horizontal movement.
Ensure the Red Lines on the Drive Belts align with the Red Lines on the Toothed Pulley; misalignment will cause the Gantry to be crooked.
Connections:
The Drive Belts attach to the Board at the Belt Anchors on the left end of the top and bottom Board Rails, then run Horizontally along the Board Rails and then through the Toothed Pulley of the Gantry Drive Shaft and are anchored by the Horizontal Tension Adjustments on the right side of the Board.
Make sure that the Red Lines on the Drive Belts and Toothed Pulley line up together.
Troubleshooting:
The cuts are crooked.
