The Push to Cut Button allows the user to cut the current design on the Cut Preview Screen without returning to the computer.
If required, you will be asked to Align the Head.Â
During cutting, you can also use the Push to Cut Button to pause the cut.
Connections:
The Push to Cut Button is usually located on the Control Panel on the left side of the Board for CMCs that include this feature.
Troubleshooting:
Pushed the Push to Cut Button and it doesn’t cut.
Check to make sure the Emergency Stop Button isn’t pressed in.
Are the connection cables for the ECU on tight?
Are the connection cables for the ECU/Driver Pack, Gantry, Computer and Control Panel (if appropriate) on tight?
Turn off the ECU/Driver Pack close the software. Turn on the ECU/Driver Pack restart the software.
If clicking Cut on the Cut Preview screen works but pushing the Push to Cut Button does not, contact Technical Support.
