Emergency Stop Button

  • Use the Emergency Stop Button to immediately abort the current cut and disengage the motors.

    • To return to cutting, pull out the Emergency Stop Button.

    • Align the Head again before cutting.

Connections:

  • The Emergency Stop Button is usually located on the Control Panel on the left side of the Board for CMCs that include this feature.

  • The ECU/Driver Pack is plugged into the back of the Emergency Stop Button or into the Control Panel.

Troubleshooting:

  • It will not cut after Aborting a Cut.

    • Pull out the Emergency Stop Button and Align the Head again.

    • Check the ECU/Driver Pack connections into the back of the Emergency Stop Button/Control Panel, Gantry and the Computer and make sure they are plugged in tight.

    • Turn off the ECU/Driver Pack close the software. Turn on the ECU/Driver Pack restart the software.

  • It will not Abort a Cut.

    • Check the ECU/Driver Pack connections into the back of the Emergency Stop Button/Control Panel, Gantry and the Computer and make sure they are plugged in tight.

    • Turn off the ECU/Driver Pack close the software. Turn on the ECU/Driver Pack restart the software.
