The Corner Pause is the amount of time, in milliseconds, to pause the application of the non-blade tools (Deboss, Pen or Vinyl tool) in the corners to avoid tearing the mat.	Corner Pause Controls the Time of Pause in the Corners to Avoid Tearing the Mat

The tool is causing tearing in the corners of the segments as it is being applied.

Check the Blade Depth to make sure it is not too deep.

Increase the Corner Pause.

Adjust the Corner Pause until you get satisfactory results.
