Toothed Pulley

Connections:

• The Drive Shaft is located on the left side of the Gantry.

• The Gantry Arm is located on the right side of the Gantry.

• Do not pick up the Gantry with the Drive Shaft; use the Gantry Arm.

• The Drive Shaft and the Gantry Arm may be covered by the Gantry Cover.

• The Gantry is a spanning framework which attaches to the top and bottom of the Board and moves horizontally across it along the Drive Belt.

• The Drive Belt lays Horizontally at the top and the bottom of the Board and runs through the Gantry and is anchored by the Belt Anchors on the left side of the rail.

Troubleshooting:

• Q: If the cuts are crooked, check to make sure the Red Lines on the Drive Belt line up to the Red Lines on the Toothed Pulley on the Gantry.

  • If the Red Lines do not line up, the Drive Belt needs to be realigned: Drive Belt Position Alignment.

• Q: The Drive Belt is becoming frayed.
