Dynamic Outsides | |

The Dynamic Outsides toggle appears brighter when on.
|
Dynamic Outsides Example | |
---|---|
Have a set of openings on your mat. | |
Click the Dynamic Outsides Button. | |
The Dynamic Outsides adds the Borders size to the current group of objects to create a new Outside Dimension. | |
Moving objects outside the current bounding rectangle of openings regenerates a new Outside Dimension. |
Using the Dynamic Outsides | |
---|---|
Place six 2x3 (5x7 cm) openings on a 16x20 (40x50 cm) mat. Position them on the Work Space along the lower half of the mat. | |
Toggle on the Dynamic Outsides | |
The Outside Dimension will adjust around the openings by adding the Border size to them. | |
Bring over a new 4x5 (10x13 cm) opening to the edge of the openings. The Outside Dimension will change to include the new opening. Each new opening dragged to the edge of the mat will adjust the Outside Dimensions. Now click Dynamic Outside again to toggle it off. The Outside Dimensions will now remain stagnant. An opening dragged to the edge of the design will not adjust the Outside Dimensions. | Â |
