Vertical Adjustment

Use the Vertical Adjustment if the non-blade tool (Deboss, Pen or Vinyl) is being applied to the wrong place vertically.

Adjust the Vertical Adjustment if the Tool Object is Applied in the Wrong Place Vertically

Make sure to select the desired tool from the Cartridge Type Tab and then the tool type you want to edit from the Current Bevel Type dropdown control, if applicable, before making adjustments.

Tool Line Too Far Down

The tool line is applied too far down.

Increase the Vertical Adjustment to move the tool line up.

The object will now be applied in the correct place.

When making adjustments, click either the minus or plus button (-/+) at the end of the desired field about five or six times in the direction indicated. Click OK and do a test cut. Check the results of the cut and continue making adjustments until the desired outcome is achieved.

The tool line is applied too far up.

Decrease the Vertical Adjustment to move the tool line down.

The object will now be applied in the correct place.
