Overshoot

Overshoot is how far past each segment to apply the current non-blade tool (Deboss, Pen or Vinyl).

This is similar to an Overcut, and is used to make the corners connect better.

The Overshoot is displayed on the Configuration Map as a blue arrow. 

Adjust the Overshoot to Adjust How Far the Tool Object Passes the Corners

If the Overshoot retracts the tool too late, it makes the Overshoot too long.

The Overshoot Tool Lines are Too Long

Decrease the Overshoot.

The corners will now meet up properly.

When making adjustments, click either the minus or plus button (-/+) at the end of the desired field about five or six times in the direction indicated. Click OK and do a test cut. Check the results of the cut and continue making adjustments until the desired outcome is achieved.
