Machine Disassembly of the Eclipse Pro

  • If the machine is too large to fit through your door, it may be disassembled. To disassemble the Eclipse mat cutting machine to install in a room without a bay door follow these steps:

  • 1 - Remove the crate and all packaging.

  • 2 - Remove the cables entering the top of the electrical panel by unplugging the connectors found inside the electrical panel.

  • 3- Remove the Black Air Hoses From the Blue Valves located on the back of the electrical panel. To do this push in the hose, hold the ring on the brass fitting down and then pull the hose out (be sure to label each hose so you can replace them into the same fittings).

  • 4 - Loosen the 4 Table support bolts (2 on each side). Completely Remove the top bolts, but not the bottom bolts.

  • 5 - Remove the table by tilting forward and then lifting up. Be sure to lift on the table. DO NOT lift on the rails or motors!

  • 6 - Set the table down on saw horses or a table. Be sure to rest the table so the silver cylinders with black hose are not touching anything holding the weight of the table.

  • 7 - Remove the 2 frame bolts located on both the left and right side of the electrical panel (see figures). Remove the frame bolts pictured in the right figure below. There are 14 of them (7 on each side).

  • 8 - Carry broken down frame to desired location and reattach frame bolts.

  • 9 - Once the frame is set up and in the desired location, level the frame, carry the table and set on the frame. Set the table on the bottom two bolts first and then lay the table down. Replace the top two bolts.

  • 10 - Tighten table support bolts and reattach the connectors in the electrical panel and the black hoses.
