Driver Pack

Connections:

• The Driver Pack is connected between the computer and the Gantry and sometimes through the Control Panel.

Troubleshooting:

• Nothing happens when you try to cut:

  • Is the Driver Pack on?

  • Are you out of Corners? Check the License Screen.

  • Has the Product Key timed out? Check the License Screen.

  • Are the connection cables for the Driver Pack, Gantry, Computer and Control Panel (if appropriate) on tight?

  • Is the design too big to cut? Rotate the design.

  • Turn off the Driver Pack, close the software. Turn on the Driver Pack, restart the software.
