Driver Pack

Connections:

• The Driver Pack is connected between the Computer and the Gantry and through the Control Panel on CMCs that include that feature.

Controlled by:

• The Driver Pack controls the connections between the Computer and the CMC via the connections through the Gantry and the Control Panel for the CMCs that include that feature.

• The Gantry controls the Head Z-Axis, Gantry X and Y-Axis, Head Lift/Drop, Footblock Rotation and Clamp Activation.

Troubleshooting:

Nothing happens when you try to cut:

• Is the Driver Pack on?

• Pull out the Emergency Stop Button and Align the Head again.

• Are you out of Corners? Check the License Screen.

• Has the Product Key timed out? Check the License Screen.

• Check the Driver Pack connections into the back of the Control Panel, Gantry and the Computer and make sure they are plugged in tight.

• Is the design too big to cut? Rotate the design.

• Turn off the Driver pack and close the software. Turn on the Driver Pack and restart the software.
