No Power Available to the ECU/Driver Pack: All Current CMC Models

Click to Cut or Align the Head.

A message will display that it cannot connect to the ECU/Driver Pack.

There may be several other messages conveying the same meaning.

Make sure that the ECU/Driver Pack is on.

Check the ECU/Driver Pack connections into the back of the Emergency Stop Button/Control Panel, Gantry and the Computer and make sure they are plugged in tight.

If that does not work, try a different USB port and reboot the Computer.

Make sure that you follow the steps for ECU Turning Off and On Specifics.

For Additional Information: If it still does not work, you may need to reinstall the Drivers, especially if this happens after a Windows update.
