No Power Available to the ECU/Driver Pack: All Current CMC Models

  • Click to Cut or Align the Head.

  • A message will display that it cannot connect to the ECU/Driver Pack.

  • There may be several other messages conveying the same meaning.

Could Not Connect to ECU/Driver Pack Prompt
  • Make sure that the ECU/Driver Pack is on.

  • Check the ECU/Driver Pack connections into the back of the Emergency Stop Button/Control Panel, Gantry and the Computer and make sure they are plugged in tight.

Unplug the ECU/Driver Pack USB Cable
Replug in the ECU/Driver Pack USB Cable
  • For Additional Information: If it still does not work, you may need to reinstall the Drivers, especially if this happens after a Windows update.
