Could Not Find Compatible Hardware

Normally, the ECU should be turned on before the FrameShop/MatDesigner software is started so that the software can connect to the hardware when it starts up.

If the software cannot see the hardware, you will see a “Could Not Find Compatible Hardware” or similar message.

Power off the ECU by flipping the toggle in the back.

Close the FrameShop/MatDesigner software.

Shut down your computer.

Unplug the USB cable from the back of the ECU.
