Could Not Find Compatible Hardware

  • Normally, the ECU should be turned on before the FrameShop/MatDesigner software is started so that the software can connect to the hardware when it starts up.

  • If the software cannot see the hardware, you will see a “Could Not Find Compatible Hardware” or similar message.

Could Not Connect to ECU/Driver Pack Message
  • Power off the ECU by flipping the toggle in the back.

  • Close the FrameShop/MatDesigner software.

  • Shut down your computer.

Power Off the ECU
  • Unplug the USB cable from the back of the ECU.
