License Expiration and License Refresh

License Expiration and Refresh Date:

  • Term Rental/Unlimited customers must refresh their FrameShop license every 60 days.

    • The Timeout On field displays the date the software will timeout for Rental customers.

      • The current License will be refreshed automatically before this date via the Internet; an internet connection accessible by FrameShop is required in your rental contract.
