Configuration Backup and Overcut Display: Cut Preview
Troubleshooting with the Backup/Overcut Display:
With the design on the Cut Preview, Zoom in on the section where you are having cutting issues.
Note that this feature is only available for the Bladed Cartridges.
View the Backup and Overcut Lines:
Make sure that the Green Backups and Red Overcuts lines are visible.
Locate the Backup/Overcut Line:
With the cursor hovering over one of the Backups or Overcuts, the Status Bar displays the actual physical length of the selected Backup or Overcut.
This value will be the Sum of the corresponding User Configuration setting and the Factory Configuration setting.
Click on the Backup/Overcut Line:
Click on the desired Overcut or Backup line that you are having trouble with.
The Configurations Screen Opens:
The Configuration screen will open to the appropriate Cartridge Tab with the associated Configuration Field highlighted.
Adjust the value selected, either Increasing it or Decreasing it.
Increase the value if the item is cutting Too Short.
Decrease the value if the item is cutting Too Long.
Click OK and recut the design.
Continue adjusting the Configurations until you achieve the desired result.
