Troubleshooting Oval Objects

  • The Troubleshooting screen will display the Feather and Bump sections for oval objects.

  • Select which part of the object to edit by clicking the Less Feather or Less Bump buttons.

  • If the Oval Opening has a Feather, select Less Feather.

  • If the Oval Opening has a Bump, select Less Bump.

  • For Additional Information: See Oval Rotation for adjusting for a Feather or a Bump in an Oval.

A Feather in an Oval Opening is a Fringe of material left behind where the cut started and ended on the Oval.

If the Oval Opening has a Feather, Decrease the Oval Rotation.

The Oval Rotation controls for Bumps or Feathers on an Oval.

A Bump in an Oval Opening is a Lump of material left behind where the cut started and ended.

If the Oval Opening has a Bump, Increase the Oval Rotation.

When adjusting Configurations, click the Plus (Increase) or Minus (Decrease) button on the desired field about five times.

Click OK and do another test cut.

Continue making adjustments until the desired outcome is achieved.
