45 Degree Plus Reverse Bevel Opening

45 Degree Plus Reverse Bevel Opening

  • The 45°+ Reverse Bevel Opening is created by cutting into the thicker matboard surface with the blade angled at 45°, thereby slanting the bevel under the matboard surface, hiding the matboard core from the front.

    • The Bevel Type refers to the angle at which the blade cuts the surface of the matboard when it deviates from the 90° right angle cut.

  • The Black 45°+ Blade Cartridge is labeled with a 45° Angle Symbol and Plus Symbol on the Cartridge end.

  • The 45°+ Blade Cartridge is not selected within the Editor; it is set by using a Blade Depth above 16 on the Cut Preview.

  • Select Reverse Bevel or Reverse Bevel-Front of Mat from the Current Bevel Type dropdown control to edit this configuration.
