Changing the Blade on the Vinyl Cartridge

The Vinyl cartridge is black and is labeled in the software with a Vinyl icon.

Open up the package of blades and carefully pull off the rubber cover from the tip of the blade. 

Holding the cartridge in one hand, push on the plunge rod on the back of the cartridge to expose the blade channel. 

Carefully remove the blade from the cartridge by grasping it and pulling it straight out.

Insert the fresh blade into the channel with the point and edge of the blade sticking out of the channel.
