Cutting Glass Instructions

Note: Make sure that the glass cutter wheel is lubricated with a drop of light alcohol based oil (not provided) to ensure smooth cutting operation.

• Insert the Glass Cartridge.

• Place glass to be cut onto the AirGlide, aligning it to the Material Stop.

• Turn the speed toggle to SLOW.

• DO NOT Engage the Clamp!

WARNING: Do not use the Clamp when cutting glass. You may risk injury.

• Pull the Cut lever down to cut the glass.

• Remove the glass.

• Push the cut lever up to return the trolley to the top of the gantry.
