Cutting Composite Materials

  • Rotate the silver Material Stop up so that the gold colored Composite Material Stop can be used.

  • The Composite Material Stop is offset to compensate for the position of the Composite Cartridge.

  • Place the material to be cut onto the AirGlide, aligning it to the Composite Material Stop.

Rotate the Silver Material Stop Up so That the Gold Colored Composite Material Stop can be Used

  • Turn the speed toggle to fast.

Toggle the Speed to Fast

  • Engage clamp.

Engage the Clamp

  • Pull the Cut lever down to cut the material.

  • Release clamp.

  • Remove the material.

  • Push the cut lever up to return trolley to the top of the gantry.

Pull Down the Cut Lever
