Enable Auto Offset: Location Tab

Select Auto Offset checkbox to move the design up and over on the matboard to avoid the Clamp area on the Cut Preview.

Default Settings: Auto Offset: Cutting Default Setting

Click on the design to select it.

Check the Auto Offset checkbox.  

Enter the distance to move the design in the X Origin field; the Y Origin field uses the same numerical value. 

It will move the lower left corner of the design to the new X/Y Position and it will display Dodge on the bottom of the screen.

This feature is also turned on by selecting Full from the Outside Cut Options dropdown control.
