Please box up the following four items for return

Please box up the following four items for return

Please use your original CMC box to box up the following four items into one box.

If you do not have your original packaging the box the new CMC arrived in can be used.
• Board
• Gantry
• Head
• ECU/Driver Pack
Please see the following removal instructions for each part.

Head Removal

Caution: Head appearance may vary from model shown, but the connections are the same. Do not pick up Head using the blade depth knob or the Head cover. Pick up the Head by holding the “D-Shaped” upper and lower Head plates.

 

Pick up the Head by holding the “D-Shaped” upper and lower Head plates.

  • If the motors are engaged, click Reset Motors Button on the Cut Preview and click OK on the release motors prompt.

Click Reset Motors if the Motors are Currently Engaged

  • Press the 0 on the rocker switch on the back of the ECU to turn off the ECU.
