Vertical Belt Tension Adjustment: CMC 8000, 8500 Series and the 8000RC

Reset the Vertical Belt Tension if the Vertical Belt feels loose. Click Reset Motors to turn off power to the motors.	Click Reset Motors Button
Manually move the Head to the top of the Gantry and down again. Remove the lower Gantry Cover by removing the screw holding it in place.	Remove the Gantry Cover
Manually move the Head up on the Gantry. With an 1/8” Allen wrench, loosen the Vertical Belt Tension Screw on the bottom of the Gantry Rail NEAR the screw that holds the Vertical Belt Pulley. You may see the Vertical Belt Pulley spring out downward. Snugly retighten the screw.	Loosen the Vertical Tension Screw on the Bottom of the Gantry Rail NEAR the Screw that Holds the Toothed Pulley
Reinstall the Gantry Cover, replacing the screw you removed earlier.	Replace the Gantry Cover
