  • The Igus Chain is hitting against the Gantry Cover as the Head is moving downward, making a clicking/popping sound.

  • The Igus chain runs up and down within the Gantry.

  • The Igus chain may be hitting the Gantry cover as the Head moves down.

  • There are two Gantry covers; one at the top and one at the bottom, held in place by one screw each.

  • Sometimes these covers get jostled out of place if someone bumps them.
