Changing to the Acrylic Cartridge | |

| Loosen the Cartridge Release Knob |
| Pull Out the Current Cartridge |
| Locate the Acrylic Cartridge |
Insert the Acrylic Cartridge keeping the protruding Acrylic Cartridge Depth Adjustment Thumbwheel on the right side. NOTE: It is not necessary to remove the protective coating from Acrylic before using the Acrylic Cartridge. | Insert the Acrylic Cartridge Keeping the Protruding Acrylic Cartridge Depth Adjustment Thumbwheel to the Right |
| Tighten the Cartridge Release Knob |
Adjusting the Acrylic/Blade/Glass Depth | |

| Loosen the Cartridge Release Knob |
| Loosen the Set Screw on the Blade Depth Adjustment Thumbwheel |
| Turn the Blade Depth Adjustment Thumbwheel to Adjust the Cartridge Depth |
| Note that the (Optional) Composite Cartridge has no Depth Adjustment |
| Push the Cartridge into the Cutting Head to Re-measure How Far the Cartridge Tool is Located in Reference to the Material Being Cut |
