Borders and the Dynamic Outsides

When using the Dynamic Outsides, the Apply Borders To controls which layer the Borders are applied to. Select Bottom Layer to snap the Bottom Layer of the object to the Borders. The Bottom Layer will be the reference when the Dynamic Outsides is used. Select Top Layer to snap the Top Layer of the object to the Borders. The Top Layer will be the reference when the Dynamic Outsides is used. See the Border examples below for illustration.
