Layer Direction: Application Default Setting
Use the Layer Direction dropdown control on the Mat Defaults panel of the Defaults tab on the Administration Defaults screens to set up the desired Mat Layer Direction.
Select Bottom Up to design from the bottom layer up.
Select Top Down to design from the top layer down.
