Bottom Layer/Top Layer Positioning Toggle: Editor Default Setting

Select the Positioning direction to position objects, such as snapping Templates to Guide Lines.
- This can also be toggled on/off in Design.

Toggle to Positioning to Bottom to position objects from the Bottom Layer.
Toggle to Positioning To Top to position objects from the Top Layer.
