Start a Design From Scratch

Open Trace. 

Under Design Bounds, enter the desired outside dimensions for the design boundaries.

If you are loading an Image to Draw/Vectorize, it is recommended that you adjust the Design Bounds of the Image before Drawing Over It or Vectorizing It.

Click the Draw radio button on the Trace and Draw tab.

Select the desired Drawing Tool.

Start Drawing.
