Where to Find Your Customer ID
This section will demonstrate the different places that display your Customer ID and System ID which are used to identify your system.
If you call Technical Support, please have your Customer ID/System ID on hand for efficient service.
In FrameShop 4.0.8. and above, the Customer ID and System ID are displayed in the upper right corner of the Home Screen and on top of the License Screen.
Customer ID on the License Screen
The Customer ID is the identifier assigned to the customer.
Each licensed copy of FrameShop software will have a Customer ID.
System ID on the License Screen
The System ID is the ID number of the Wizard CMC associated with the installed copy of FrameShop.
Save-Alone copies of FrameShop (software-only) do not have or display a System ID.
The CMC Model Type is displayed on the upper right of the License Screen.
