Placing Matboard to Cut from the Front

When the Cut Preview screen indicates that the current layer is to be cut from the Front of the mat, this also determines how to place the matboard onto the CMC.

• Have Two Layers of adequate size of disposable matboard under the Mat to be Cut; a Layer can be temporarily removed when cutting thicker matboard.

• Place the matboard into the left corner of the CMC, making sure that the matboard nestles tightly into the Horizontal and Vertical Clamps.

• When cutting from the Front, make sure the front of the matboard is facing the user.
