Cut the Outside: Cut Preview Toggle

Use the Cut the Outside toggle to select Cutting or Not Cutting the Outside of the mat.

Click the Cut Outside toggle On to cut the outside of the mat.

The outside of the mat will now cut. 

Optionally, select Options > Cut Outside.

Click the Cut Outside toggle Off to not cut the outside of the mat.

The outside of the mat will not be cut.
