The Options section contains a set of commonly used functions. |
Cut Button | |
---|---|
The Cut Button will bring the current layout to the Cutting Preview to cut. | |
Have the finished Nesting layout on the Nesting screen. Click the Cut button. The Nesting layout will be brought to the Cut Preview Screen so you can cut it. |
Load Design Button | |
---|---|
The Load Design Button opens the Add Designs/Browse Screen to load saved designs into Nesting. See Also: Add Designs Screen  | |
Click the Load Design button. The Add Designs screen opens, which displays the saved designs in the database. Click on the desired design(s) and click OK. The saved designs will be loaded into the Nesting screen where you can arrange where they will cut. |
Undo Button | |

The Undo Button will undo the last command. | |
Perform a function, such as moving an opening. Change your mind, and click the Undo button. The last command, moving the opening, is undone and the opening is returned to its original position. |
Align Left Button | |

The Align Left Button will align the selected openings to the left-most edge of the selection. | |
Select the desired openings. Click the Align Left button. The openings will be aligned to the left-most edge of the Bounding Rectangle of the selection of openings. | |
This is similar to the Align to Left Edge in Design. |
Align Right Button | |
---|---|
The Align Right Button will align the selected openings to the right-most edge of the selection. | |
Select the desired openings. Click the Align Right button. The openings will be aligned to the right-most edge of the Bounding Rectangle of the selection of openings. | |
This is similar to the Align to Right Edge in Design. |
Delete Button | |

The Delete Button will delete the selected object(s). | |
Select the desired object(s). Click the Delete button. The selected object(s) will be deleted. |
Align Bottom Button | |

The Align Bottom Button will align the selected openings to the bottom-most edge of the selection. | |
Select the desired openings. Click the Align Bottom button. The openings will be aligned to the bottom-most edge of the Bounding Rectangle of the selection of openings. | |
This is similar to the Align to Bottom Edge in Design. |
Align Top Button | |

The Align Top Button will align the selected openings to the top-most edge of the selection. | |
Select the desired openings. Click the Align Top button. The openings will be aligned to the top-most edge of the Bounding Rectangle of the selection of openings. | |
This is similar to the Align to Top Edge in Design. |
Rotate Object Button | |
---|---|
The Rotate Object Button will rotate the selected object(s) clockwise 90°. | |
Click on the desired object. Click the Rotate Object button. The object will be rotated in a clockwise direction 90°. The object will rotate 90° clockwise with each click of the Rotate Object button. If you have more than one object selected, clicking Rotate Object will preserve the spacing of the objects and rotate them as if they were a single opening. |
