A Layer represents each sheet of matboard that encases the artwork, and has the role in determining both the aesthetics and structural elements of the framing as well as preserving the art.
Layers can be assigned different Reveals, Bevel Types, Cartridge Types, and Non-Blade applications.
Each Layer can be assigned a Matboard SKU which represents the color, type and thickness of that particular Matboard.
