Borders: Apply Borders To Top/Bottom Layer

Select the desired Layer that you want to snap to the Border Lines.

Select Bottom Layer to snap the Bottom Layer of the object to the Borders.

Select Top Layer to snap the Top Layer of the object to the Borders.
