Pen Distance: Properties Tab

Attaching a Pen to an Opening or the Outside allows the Pen to automatically resize if the attached object is resized.

• The Pen will remain the same distance from the Opening/Outside as entered in the Distance field.

If the Pen is Not Attached to anything, the Distance field is grayed out. 

NOTE: Offsetting the Pen from an object when initially placing the Pen does not automatically attach the Pen to that object.

Click the Attach To dropdown control and select the Mat or the specific Opening to attach the Pen.

Enter the Distance to place the Pen from the object it is Attached To in the Distance field.

The Pen will resize around the object by the Distance entered.

Changing the Distance will readjust the distance the Pen is placed from the object it is Attached To.
