Continuous Layer Definition

The Continuous Layer will continue cutting the Current Layer without automatically rolling over to the next layer.
It will stay on the Current Layer until the user manually selects a different layer or turns off Continuous Layer.

Having Continuous Layer Toggle On Will Remain on the Current Layer and Not Roll Over to the Next Layer After Being Cut
