Use the Add a Location feature to point to the directory or package where your designs or content elements are located.
This will populate the content into the Shortcuts Tab for future use.
On the Browse screen click Add Location.
Navigate to the desired directory.
Click OK.
Every time you add a package or shortcut/location, the known asset file types are auto scanned, indexed, and thumbnailed and placed on the Shortcuts Tab for future use.
Click Add Location to Add Entries to the Shortcuts or the Computer Tab
